Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury retail.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team, communicating objectives and standards.
• Exceed boutique targets and develop programs to acquire high-potential customers.
• Maintain boutique operations, VM standards, stock security and reporting compliance.
• Prepare monthly rosters, monitor attendance, and manage stock takes and reports.
