Job summary

LVMH Watches & Jewelry Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage sales orders, retailer incentives, AR reporting, and cash collections for TAG Heuer and Zenith Watches, ensuring accurate financial performance across Malaysia and Singapore. The role requires strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills, plus Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Collaboration with boutiques and cross-functional teams is essential in a fast-paced luxury retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIMA or ACCA qualification, completed or in progress, is advantageous.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in an MNC environment preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, consignment transactions, and billing.
• Manage retailer credit/debit notes and quarterly rebates.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of order-related documentation.
• Prepare AR reports, ageing, and customer statements of account.
• Oversee retailer incentives, discounts, and credit memos for rebates.
• Monitor cash collection and deposit reporting for AML compliance.
• Prepare stock/inventory reports and related documents.
• Assist with audits and SAP data reconciliation; support customer service.
