Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership to the Boutique team and communicate objectives and brand standards.
• Coach team members through regular meetings and performance appraisals.
• Oversee staff appearance and conduct to ensure policy compliance.
• Exceed boutique targets while following the brand strategy.
• Attract and convert target prospects into boutique clients and manage client lifecycle.
• Foster lasting relationships and loyalty with clients as a member of the Omega family.
• Identify growth opportunities and use CRM for clienteling activities.
• Ensure boutique is well-maintained with VM guidelines and clean displays.
• Comply with Retail Manual and address operational challenges.
• Safeguard security and maintenance of timepiece stock.
• Manage monthly duty roster and attendance; oversee OT submissions.
• Coordinate stock takes and submit inventory reports on time.
• Consolidate and submit sales and operations reports; highlight variances.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, leave and operational documents.
