Job summary

Westwood Clinic is seeking a full-time Wellness Consultant to join our healthcare and medical sales team in KL & Selangor. You will promote wellness products and services, build trusted client relationships, and help customers choose solutions that improve their wellbeing.

In this role you will meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, deliver product demonstrations, provide expert advice, and collaborate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in healthcare/wellness preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clients.
• Able to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and sales targets.
• Organised with attention to detail in managing client records and documentation.

About the role

Westwood Clinic is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wellness Consultant to join our healthcare and medical sales team. This is a full-time position based in KL & Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness solutions to our clients. As a Wellness Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, building meaningful relationships with customers and helping them discover wellness products and services that enhance their quality of life. This role is essential to our mission of making healthcare and wellness accessible and affordable to communities across Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to understand their health and wellness needs
• Present and demonstrate wellness products and services in a clear, compelling and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on selecting appropriate wellness solutions tailored to their individual requirements
• Conduct product training and educational sessions to help clients maximise the benefits of our offerings
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices, insights and strategies for success
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare, medical or wellness industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer relationships and documentation
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of health and wellness products, services or trends is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus
• A genuine passion for promoting health and wellness and helping others achieve their wellness goals
