Job summary

LUMICELL WELLNESS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Consultant to join our Wellness & Regenerative Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle client enquiries across channels, schedule appointments, and contribute to an outstanding customer journey from first contact to after-treatment.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a multilingual ability (English, Mandarin, Malay) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, calls, social media, walk-ins) and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Manage social media interactions: Monitor and ensure no negative comments remain unresolved.
• Reply to customer engagement comments in a warm and professional manner.
• Conduct follow-ups with treatment customers to gather feedback and secure testimonials for marketing purposes.
• Capture videos and content during customer visits (with consent) to support the marketing team.
• Work closely with operation manager, doctors, and marketing team to ensure excellent customer journey from first contact to after-treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, feedback, and customer service activities.
