Job summary

Hirehub Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced therapist to deliver facial, body, wellness and recovery treatments within a premium clinical setting. You will operate certified equipment, maintain room hygiene, and support client care from pre-treatment checks to post-care guidance.

Training and competency certification on all technologies are provided. A 6-day work rotation is required, including weekends, with ongoing development in new longevity technologies.

Qualifications

• Previous therapist experience in facial, body, spa or aesthetic treatments.
• Formal beauty, aesthetic or spa therapy certification.
• Experience operating face or body treatment devices.
• Experience in a medical aesthetic or wellness clinic rather than a pure spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned facial, body, wellness and recovery treatments according to company protocols.
• Operate approved wellness and treatment equipment only after completing the required training and competency sign off.
• Conduct pre treatment checks including consent, contraindication screening and skin or condition assessment, and escalate anything outside scope to the nurse or doctor.
• Explain each treatment clearly before starting, including sensations to expect and duration.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, products and linen before each session, and reset fully after.
• Monitor client comfort and response throughout the treatment, and stop and escalate if an adverse reaction occurs.
• Provide aftercare instructions and home care guidance within scope.
• Maintain treatment records, session notes, consent forms and progress tracking.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitisation, equipment cleaning and treatment room presentation to clinical standard.
• Recommend suitable follow up services, courses or home care products within approved scope, and route clinical questions to the medical team.
• Manage treatment product stock, usage tracking and wastage control.
• Report equipment faults, consumable shortages and maintenance needs promptly.
• Coordinate with front desk and consultants on scheduling, room turnaround and client handover.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Perform demonstration treatments at member events, roadshows and VIP visits.
• Trial new treatment protocols or equipment and provide structured feedback.
• Support content shoots and before and after documentation with client consent.
• Assist in training new therapists on company protocols.
• Cover room preparation or front of house support during quiet periods.

Job Requirements

• Previous therapist experience in facial, body, spa or aesthetic treatments.
• Good hands on technique and physical stamina for a full treatment day.
• Attentive, service oriented and professional in a premium setting.
• Willing to be trained and certified on company's wellness and longevity technologies.
• Willing to work a 6 day rotation including weekends.
• Formal beauty, aesthetic or spa therapy certification.
• Experience operating face or body treatment devices.
• Experience in a medical aesthetic or wellness clinic rather than a pure spa environment.

Training and Development

• Full training and competency certification on all face, body and recovery equipment and protocols, including any new technologies introduced.

Additional Information

• Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
• Salary Range: Basic salary + service incentive
• Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, inclusive of a one hour break.
• Working days: 6 days per week on a rotation basis.
