REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad), part of the IJM Land group, invites applications for an operational role overseeing the pool, gym and yoga terrace. The role ensures safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all recreation spaces, with responsibilities including equipment inspections and inventory management.

Candidates should have at least an SPM and 1 year of relevant experience, be able to work under pressure, and commit to shift work including weekends and public holidays to

Qualifications

• SPM qualification minimum.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
• Able to work under pressure, handling busy periods without compromising service.
• Able to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the pool, gym and yoga terrace facilities, ensuring safety and standards are met.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment such as fitness machines and pool tools.
• Maintain hygiene across pool decks, gym equipment, locker rooms and yoga spaces.
• Manage inventory of supplies and rental equipment (towels, beverages, first-aid kits).
• Supervise daily recreation facility operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, report maintenance issues and manage stock.
