Job summary

Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre is seeking a friendly wellness assistant to support a range of therapies and client services in Kuala Lumpur. You will register clients, perform basic screenings, explain treatments, and monitor comfort and safety during sessions.

You will maintain records, manage appointments, prepare therapy rooms, and ensure safety and hygiene while supporting events and promotions as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Health Science, Nursing, Allied Health, Wellness or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Experience in wellness, healthcare, fitness, physiotherapy, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and good organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist wellness therapies including ECP, HBOT, LOOPA AI Functional Training, PelviCare, Moxibustion, Herbal Foot Bath and other services.
• Conduct client registration, basic screening and assessments before sessions.
• Explain treatments clearly and monitor clients’ comfort and safety during sessions.
• Maintain accurate client and treatment records.
• Recommend suitable wellness services, packages and programs based on clients’ needs.
• Manage appointments, follow up with clients and support customer retention.
• Prepare and maintain therapy rooms, equipment and supplies in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow company SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.
• Support centre operations, events, promotions and marketing activities when required.
• Work closely with the Wellness Manager and team to ensure excellent client service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
