Qualifications

Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.

Job description

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities for LifeCare Cheras South and its related business units, including LifeCare Wellness, UKIYO Confinement Centre, and future initiatives.

The role will work closely with the Wellness, UKIYO, Sales, Clinical, and Operations teams to strengthen brand awareness, generate quality enquiries, support customer engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain monthly marketing plans and content calendars for each brand and service.

Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote services, packages, events, talks, new offerings, and seasonal promotions.

Create and manage regular social media content across relevant platforms.

Develop promotional copy, captions, graphics, photos, and short-form videos, or coordinate with external vendors where required.

Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and approved before publication.

Work with the relevant clinical team to ensure healthcare and wellness-related content and claims are accurate and appropriately approved.

2. Social Media Management

Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and monitoring of comments and enquiries.

Respond to or coordinate the timely follow-up of enquiries received through social media channels.

Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance and customer interaction.

3. Paid Digital Advertising

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, within approved budgets.

Prepare and test different ad copies, visuals, videos, and campaign approaches to improve lead generation and campaign performance.

Monitor key advertising metrics, including leads generated, cost per lead/enquiry, conversion, and enquiry quality.

Work with the Sales and Operations teams to track lead follow-up and understand which campaigns generate enquiries, appointments, visits, or bookings.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the Wellness, UKIYO, Sales, Clinical, and Operations teams to gather accurate information and develop relevant marketing materials.

Coordinate with external designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other vendors when required.

Support marketing activities during events, talks, campaigns, photo/video shoots, and other promotional activities.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities and campaigns.

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports, including key results, observations, and recommendations for improvement.

Follow up on agreed improvement actions and make adjustments to campaigns and content based on performance data.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPIs will be agreed with Management based on the objectives of each business unit, campaign requirements, and approved marketing budgets. KPIs may include:

Monthly marketing plans and content calendars completed and implemented according to schedule.

Consistent and timely publication of planned social media content.

Number and quality of enquiries generated for each business unit.

Advertising performance, including cost per lead/enquiry and campaign conversion.

Relevant audience reach, engagement, and growth.

Number of enquiries, registrations, or attendance generated from events and promotional campaigns.

Timely submission of monthly marketing performance reports.

Implementation and follow-up of agreed improvement actions.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.

Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in or familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic digital analytics tools.

Strong content creation and communication skills, with an eye for visual presentation and engaging digital content.

Able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities independently while working effectively with different teams.

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage campaigns according to schedule.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, maternity/confinement care, or related industries will be an advantage.

Willing to work on weekends and support occasional events, campaigns, and photo/video shoots outside regular working hours, as required.
