Job summary

BP Healthcare Group is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist cum Dental Assistant to support both the laboratory and dental team across Malaysia. The role involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating appointments, and assisting with documentation and admin tasks as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided, and candidates must be willing to work in shifts.

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM Cert or equivalent.
• No work experience required.

Job description

Medical Laboratory Technologist cum Dental Assistant

1. Handling of walk-in customers, i.e. answering customer enquiries, directing customer to the appropriate departments, introducing the Group’s services and products to the customer etc;

2. Administration training works, ethics and industry knowledge;

3. Maintain safe and clean working environment;

5. To coordinate appointments between dentist and patients;

6.To assist the team with documentation and any other admin tasks as assigned;

7.Other assignments as and when required by the Management.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a SPM Cert or equivalent.
