Job summary

Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales and growth for our newly launched App, focusing on user acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term healthcare partnerships.

You will drive end-to-end sales, develop GTM strategies, build a strong pipeline using CRM, and collaborate with marketing, product, and support to refine the offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of business development, sales or client-facing experience, ideally with digital products or apps.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills; able to pitch to decision-makers.
• Experience in healthcare or tech/app-based products is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

The Business Development Manager will lead sales and growth efforts for the company's newly launched App, driving user acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term client and partner relationships. The role is central to bringing the App to market, converting leads into paying customers, and building a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities within the healthcare industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Drive end-to-end sales of the company's new App, from lead generation to closing deals, to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Develop and execute a business development strategy and sales plan tailored to the App's target market and customer segments.

Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients, healthcare providers, and strategic partners to expand the App's user base.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches that clearly communicate the App's value proposition to prospective customers.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align go-to-market strategies and relay customer feedback for continuous App improvement.

Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients to drive user retention, satisfaction, and referrals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role, ideally selling digital products, apps, or software solutions.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to pitch to clients and decision-makers.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or experience selling technology or app-based products is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
