Job summary

Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide nutrition consultation and promote healthy diets to clients.

The role involves learning and development, training the team, and promoting health and nutrition products in line with client needs, while staying current with dietary guidelines.

Excellent communication in English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred, and MAHPC accreditation or Registered Dietitian status is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, MAHPC accredited.
• 3–5 years of relevant dietetics or clinical nutrition experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Provide nutrition consultation and promote healthy diet plans.

Job description

Provide consultation on health issues, nutrition and healthy diet in response to customer enquiries.

Involve in learning and development activities.

Assist in company promotional activities when necessary.

Manage health and wellness programs.

Always stay updated with product knowledge in accordance with market trends and the most recent nutritional guidelines/ statements.

Provide nutrition training to the team.

Promote health and nutrition products in accordance with client needs.

Promote the awareness of healthy diet & lifestyle through company’s social media to educate the public.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Recognized Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, accredited by the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC). Candidates with a Registered Dietitian credential will be preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in dietetics or clinical nutrition.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enthusiastic about numbers.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking client and stakeholder.

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.

Positive work attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Candidate with experience in retail/community/clinical will be added advantage.
