DYTAN HEALTH ON-LINE Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Client Relationship Executive (Customer Service cum Admin) on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on coordinating medical exam appointments, ensuring QC’d reports, and handling calls and emails to help insure clients receive top-notch support.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers normal working hours with one Saturday per month near convenient public transport and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Are you passionate about customer service and want to be part of a dynamic healthcare team? We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Executive to ensure our insurance clients receive top-notch support.

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate appointments for medical examinations for insurance clients

· Ensure all Medical, APS & QS reports are completed and QC’d before submission

· Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally

· Attend to urgent client requests for medical reports, including sending soft copies

· Coordinate workflow to meet service turnaround times

· Assist in administrative duties to keep operations smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For

· Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma in Health Administration, Biomedical, Medical, or Business Administration

· Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· At least 1 year of experience in customer service or admin (medical/healthcare experience a plus)

· Strong multitasking and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office

· Target-driven with the ability to meet KPIs

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
