Job summary

Civitas Senior Living in Taiping, Malaysia, seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome residents, families, and visitors and to support front-desk operations. You will answer calls, manage mail, assist with photocopying and file maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a warm, efficient lobby experience.

Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus but not required; training is provided.

• Mail Management: Distribute resident and office mail, acting as a key link in the information chain.
• Administrative Support: Fax, photocopy, and assist with file maintenance, becoming a pivotal support resource.
• Lobby Ambassador: Maintain front desk and lobby areas, reflecting our commitment to cleanliness and comfort.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with other departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
