• Attend to walk-in visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Key in and update visitor, customer, and administrative information into the system accurately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.
