Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a meticulous Document Controller in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role focuses on managing project documentation, controlling version histories, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of Document Controller experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and a solid understanding of structural drawings. This is an onsite position with strict deadlines and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller (Fresh Graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply!).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Required).
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Structural drawings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and version control systems.
• Drawing Reviews: Review and verify AutoCAD structural diagrams for accuracy and project compliance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to track document flows.
• Reporting & Tracking: Prepare and update master document registers, logs, and submittal tracking sheets.

Are you an organized professional with strong AutoCAD skills and experience in structural drawings? We are looking for a meticulous Document Controller to manage project documentation, maintain version control systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering and design teams!
