Job summary

Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Wastepaper Purchasing Executive to manage regional sourcing across Penang, Kedah and Perak, ensuring timely orders and policy compliance.

You will source suppliers, run RFQs, compare prices, negotiate terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships while coordinating with production and customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Execute wastepaper purchase orders in accordance with procurement procedures and company policies.
• Source suppliers, handle RFQs, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous material supply.
• Coordinate and resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues during sourcing, production, or customer service stages.
• Conduct regular reconciliation with suppliers to ensure accurate accounts and documentation.
• Monitor market pricing trends and supplier performance.

Wastepaper Purchasing Executive (Northern - Penang, Kedah, Perak)

Execute wastepaper purchase orders in accordance with procurement procedures and company policies;

Source suppliers, handle RFQs, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing and terms;

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous material supply;

Coordinate and resolve supply, delivery, and quality issues during sourcing, production, or customer service stages;

Conduct regular reconciliation with suppliers to ensure accurate accounts and documentation;

Monitor market pricing trends and supplier performance.

Job Requirements

Candidate with procurement or purchasing experience is preferred;

Positive attitude, responsible, and able to follow work instructions;

Good communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of Mandarin / local dialect is high preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients;

Team player with strong integrity and ethical procurement practices;

Possess own transport and valid driving license. Must be able and willing to travel between northern region and Banting, Selangor (HQ) on monthly basis or every fortnightly.
