Job summary

Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Banting, Selangor is seeking a finance professional to liaise with auditors, bankers, IRB, lawyers and government departments.

You will work independently with related departments and assist GL and costing during month-end closing, preparing balance sheets, bank reconciliations, and financial statements. Your role includes monitoring the finance system, setting up accounting policies, ensuring legal compliance, leading cost-reduction analyses, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing preferred; other industries considered.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia; Cantonese an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, IRB, lawyers and government departments.
• Communicate and work independently with other departments.
• Assist GL and costing during month end closing.
• Prepare balance sheet, track and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare financial documents, statements, reports and forecasts.
• Monitor implementation of finance system and set up accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure finance activities comply with laws and regulations.
• Lead cost-reduction analyses and identify strategies.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Job description

To liaise with auditor, banker, IRB, lawyer & Government department (i.e. Custom, etc.)

To be able to communicate and work independently with other related department

To assist GL and costing team during month end closing

To prepare balance sheet, track and reconcile bank statements

To prepare financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports and forecasts

To monitor implementation of finance system and set up accounting policies and procedures

To ensure finance activities are legal compliance

To lead the analysis process and find strategies for cost reduction

Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement (s):

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy.

Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Cantonese is an added advantage.(We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)

At least 3 Year(s) proven working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. However, working experience in other industries will still be considered.
