Job summary

PERODUA is seeking a Process Development professional to establish warranty SOPs, guidelines and workflows aligned with OEM standards. The role includes warranty claim review, training, and Gemba support to improve processes and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office to support financial coordination and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish warranty SOPs, guidelines, and workflows aligned with OEM standards and support system enhancements.
• Review and monitor warranty claims, handle outlets/CS inquiries, and deliver training and Gemba support.
• Reconcile payments, analyze market trends, and prepare management reports.
