Job summary

Aveta Global Marketing Sdn Bhd is offering a practical internship in after-sales warranty operations. You will support warranty claims, reimbursements, defective parts management, and dealer training coordination, while handling daily administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related fields, with basic MS Office skills and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in automotive or business-related fields.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation and data-entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily warranty claims and assist in checking submissions from dealers.
• Track warranty reimbursement status on a weekly basis using the database.
• Follow up with dealers to prepare invoices after reimbursement forms are completed.
• Assist in processing defective parts lists required from suppliers.
• Coordinate return of defective parts and label them upon arrival at Head Office.
• Prepare packing lists and documentation for defective parts to be sent to suppliers.
• Coordinate after-sales dealer training, including logistics and materials.
