Job summary

Hap Seng Trucks Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warranty Claims Analyst to review and validate dealer warranty claims for accuracy and policy compliance. You will approve or reject claims based on technical analysis and warranty coverage with supporting documentation.

You will monitor claim turnaround times, coordinate with customer support, technical and sales teams, and prepare weekly/monthly warranty data reports while guiding dealers on submission processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Automotive Technology or a related field (SPM with relevant automotive/workshop exposure can be considered).
• At least four (4) years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in automotive aftersales, service administration or warranty is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of vehicle parts, repairs and service processes.
• Able to handle documentation, claims submission and follow-up.
• Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with systems and records.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and share all necessary warranty bulletin and campaign to dealer whenever required.
• Perform any ad hoc or additional tasks as and when required by the management.
