Job summary

MR. D.I.Y. International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Systems & Operations professional to lead process improvement and digitalisation of our warehouse operations. The role involves optimizing inbound, putaway, picking, packing and outbound flows and coordinating with IT and regional teams.

You will analyze WMS configurations, monitor KPIs, and drive system enhancements, automation, and integrations with ERP to improve accuracy and visibility across the network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with warehouse operations, WMS, and warehouse systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve warehouse processes including inbound, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment and outbound.
• Support WMS enhancement, implementation, configuration and system improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement through systems, automation and digitalisation.

Warehouse Systems & Operations – Assistant Manager / Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Systems & Process Improvement professional to support the enhancement and digitalization of our warehouse operations. The role combines warehouse operations, WMS, process improvement and system enhancement, working closely with warehouse, IT and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accuracy and operational visibility. (Multiple vacancies are available)

Key responsibilities:

Analyse and improve warehouse processes including inbound, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment and outbound.

Support WMS enhancement, implementation, configuration and system improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with WMS such as Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS or equivalent is an advantage.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.

Willing to travel when required.
