Job summary

LF Logistics Services (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and prioritize daily inbound, outbound, and inventory activities, coordinating with warehouse operations to meet schedules and cut-offs.

You will monitor progress, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on efficiency at Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.

• Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure work is executed according to the agreed schedule.
• Prepare daily work plans and allocate workloads to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Monitor order progress and proactively resolve operational issues that may impact service levels.
• Communicate with Customer Service and other stakeholders regarding operational status, delays, and recovery plans.
• Ensure customer priorities and shipment cut-off times are met.
• Track warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate planning records and prepare operational reports when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and productivity.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
