Job summary

INTAN SETIA ENTERPRISE in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to handle remote warehouse administration and inventory tasks, coordinating with warehouse, sales and delivery teams via online systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics or order processing.

• Good communication and ability to coordinate remotely.

Responsibilities

Job description

Handle daily warehouse administrative and inventory-related tasks remotely. This role will work closely with the warehouse, sales and delivery teams through online communication and internal systems.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and update stock records and inventory movements in the system.

Coordinate with warehouse staff, sales team and delivery team regarding stock availability and orders.

Process and follow up on sales orders, stock transfers and delivery arrangements.

Check incoming and outgoing stock records to ensure accuracy.

Assist in preparing delivery orders, stock reports and other warehouse documentation.

Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock or stock discrepancies to the supervisor.

Assist with regular stock reconciliation and inventory checking.

Follow up with the warehouse team on pending orders, deliveries and stock issues.

Maintain proper filing and records of warehouse-related documents.

About you

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics or order processing will be an advantage.

Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different teams remotely.

Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.

Able to work according to the Company's working schedule and respond promptly during working hours.

Good communications in English, Malay and a MUST in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
