• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table/VLOOKUP) for stock analysis.
• Strong leadership, organized, able to handle heavy inventory (tiles).
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D).

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and internal goods movements.
• Manage receiving of incoming goods, including container unloading, verification, and proper documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and control movement of goods between central and local warehouses for stock availability.
• Ensure accurate tracking and recording of stock transfers and documentation.
• Maintain proper storage practices, layout optimisation, and material handling procedures.
• Ensure goods are handled safely and in accordance with SOPs during all movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all product ranges.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock movement and highlight slow-moving or critical stock to management.
• Enforce warehouse SOPs to ensure accuracy, safety, and consistency.

We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of goods, accurate inventory control, and strong compliance with company SOPs. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong operational discipline, capable of maintaining order, improving processes, and guiding the warehouse team towards consistent performance and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and internal goods movements.

Manage receiving of incoming goods, including container unloading, verification, and proper documentation.

Plan, coordinate, and control movement of goods between the central receiving warehouse and local warehouses to ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.

Ensure accurate tracking and recording of all stock transfers and associated documentation.

Maintain proper storage practices, layout optimisation, and material handling procedures to support efficient operations.

Ensure goods are handled safely and in accordance with company SOPs during all movements and transfers.

Maintain accurate inventory records across all product ranges.

Conduct regular stock counts and stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Monitor stock movement and highlight slow-moving, aging, or critical stock items to management.

Enforce warehouse SOPs to ensure accuracy, safety, and consistency in daily operations.

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.

Experience in using SQL Accounting software or any relevant Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/VLOOKUP) for stock analysis and reporting.

Strong leadership capabilities, highly organized, and physically fit to handle heavy inventory (tiles).

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport.
