Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and to ensure on-time order fulfillment. You will lead and develop a team, implement safety standards, monitor stocks with regular audits, and drive efficiency through WMS and barcode/RFID tooling.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in logistics or related field is preferred, with 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics and 1–2 years

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Familiar with WMS, inventory control software, and barcode/RFID scanning technologies.
• Proven track record in team management, productivity improvement, and safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock levels; carry out regular stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, train and supervise warehouse staff with task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Enforce safety standards and keep a clean, well-organized workplace.
• Carry out routine safety audits and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support rollout of WMS, barcode scanning and other warehouse technologies.
• Keep records and prepare operational reports for management.
• Liaise with procurement, logistics and customer service to smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:45pm | Sat, 8:00am–3:15pm

Job Scope:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping

Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and resolve any discrepancies

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring

Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control software, and barcode/RFID scanning technologies

Proven track record in team management, productivity improvement, and upholding safety & quality standards
