Job summary

Schwan-STABILO Marketing Sdn.Bhd. in Kulai, Johor, is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, improve accuracy and efficiency, and support production planning.

You will lead a team of about 20 staff, ensure ERP system usage, implement improvements, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards while coordinating with Supply Chain to maintain on‑time finished goods and raw material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma or Degree in the related field with minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity.
• Able to work independently and manage a team of approximately 20 subordinates.
• Knowledge of ERP software is a must to fulfil various operation procedures.
• Command good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in managing high racking warehouse is added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Junior Managers seeking career advancement are encouraged to apply.
