Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate should have formal education at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma and credit in maths.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with good communication skills.

Warehouse Supervisor (Balakong / Semenyih)

Ensure work order is manageable for Warehouse and delivery.

Ensure, examine, & maintain incoming and outgoing stocks accuracy. Ensure smooth stock flow & practice FIFO.

Tracking inventory movement.

Maintain optimum utilization of space and constantly review methods of material handling and flow to increase productivity.

Ensure 100% fulfillment of all deliveries, issuing and receiving activities.

Ensure proper documentations are done for future traceability.

Ensure workplace health, safety, and security requirements are met.

Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles and housekeeping.

To supervise and train store personnel to carry out their jobs effectively.

To ensure daily cycle count is carried out effectively and any discrepancy found attended to promptly.

To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all material are controlled, stored, and segregated properly.

Timely and accurate monthly reporting to management.

Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate, or Diploma and credit in maths.

Required candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin as you will be liaising with customers & vendors who are Mandarin speakers.

Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English with effective communication skills.

At least 5 years if working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants should be able to handle Microsoft Office and etc.

With good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work long hours.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
