Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. in Banting, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring safe storage and efficient material flow. You will supervise inbound and outbound processes and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, 3+ years in warehousing, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/K3/U9). Initially based in Kapar, then Banting, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience in mechanical, electrical, or equipment-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory control).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, K3, U9, or similar).
• Good data awareness and accuracy in handling inventory records.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise a small team.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse operations to ensure materials are safe, organized, and properly stored.
• Plan and oversee warehouse layout and material flow for efficient operations.
• Supervise inbound processes, ensuring materials are received accurately, on time, and meet quality standards.
• Review and approve outbound requests, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of materials.
• Monitor and control inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate material allocation based on project or operational needs.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within the warehouse.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM5,000 - 7,000
