Job summary

Oversea Lighting & Electric (M) Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Warehouse Supervisor in Balakong/Semenyh. The role focuses on managing work orders for warehouse and delivery, maintaining stock accuracy with FIFO, and tracking inventory movement to ensure optimal space utilization.

Responsibilities include supervising and training store personnel, conducting cycle counts, ensuring documentation for traceability, and upholding safety & security standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have formal education at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma and credit in maths.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders are manageable for warehouse and delivery.
• Maintain stock accuracy and practice FIFO.
• Track inventory movement.
• Optimize space and material handling to boost productivity.
• Ensure 100% fulfillment of deliveries, issuing/receiving activities.
• Maintain proper documentation for traceability.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and security requirements are met.
• Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles and housekeeping.
• Supervise and train store personnel.
• Carry out daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
