Responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.


• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow.


• Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources.


• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of stock levels and inventory records.


• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, picking, packing, and dispatching.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.


• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance.


• Assign and delegate tasks effectively to optimize workforce efficiency.


• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.


• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.


• Manage warehouse inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.


• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to warehouse processes.


• Develop and manage warehouse budgets to control costs.


• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and service.

AUTHORITY

• Judgement made is based on established warehouse Operation Data & Working Instruction.


• Authorize to approve subordinate OT, Leave, and Change shift application on ESS.


• Request to issue Disciplinarily related issues to employees.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

• Required: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering


• Preferred: With a warehouse management background

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the warehousing industry.
