Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfilment. You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate inbound/outbound activities and ensure efficient picking, packing and dispatch.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse or logistics, familiarity with e-commerce ops and strong organisational skills. Mandarin ability is a plus, driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/fulfilment/logistics experience.
• Experience in B2C or e-commerce warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with picking, packing, dispatch and inventory processes.
• Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse staff.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Hands-on, organised and able to solve operational issues.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Mandarin communication preferred.
• Possess a driving licence and able to drive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Supervise and coordinate Picker / Packer team.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Support fulfilment of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce orders.
• Monitor stock movement, storage and warehouse organisation.
• Coordinate courier and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain basic warehouse records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor staff productivity and daily workload.
• Ensure warehouse SOPs and operational procedures are followed.
• Handle and resolve day-to-day warehouse operational issues.
