Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, and dispatch of stock for our IT retail operations in Malaysia. The role involves GRN processing, FIFO-compliant stocking, and ensuring accurate fulfillment for branches and e-commerce orders.

You'll work with structured SOPs, have exposure to ERP systems, and grow towards a supervisor or logistics coordinator role as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years warehouse or inventory experience (IT/electronics industry preferred).
• Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Physically fit — able to handle stock movement and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders.
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with purchasing on shortages or wrong-delivery cases.

Requirements

Receiving & GRN

• Receive incoming stock and verify against PO and delivery orders
• Process GRN accurately in the ERP system
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and escape accordingly
• Coordinate with purchasing team on shortage or wrong-delivery cases

Storage & Organization

• Maintain proper product labeling, binning, and warehouse layout
• Ensure FIFO discipline across all product categories
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times

Dispatch & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for branch transfers and e-commerce orders
• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate with logistics/courier partners
• Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch for TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada orders
• Handle return merchandise (RMA) — receive, inspect, log, and process accordingly

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
• Investigate and reconcile stock variances
• Generate and maintain accurate stock movement records in ERP
• Flag slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory to purchasing team

Admin & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation — DO, GRN, transfer notes, RMA records
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse safety standards
• Coordinate with branches on urgent stock requests and transfer logistics
