Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure inventory accuracy, and track KPIs for performance. Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Track daily activities and report to your superior.
• Ensure shipments match invoices and are recorded, meeting KPIs and SOPs.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for issues with cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and other reports requested by your superior.

• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
• Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
• Prepare daily activity reports and any other reports requested by your superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehouse setting environment.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to be based at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
