Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain records in WMS or inventory tracking systems. Help monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages.
• Support coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
• Assist in preparing delivery documents and basic reporting.
• Observe and follow warehouse SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist supervisors with ad‑hoc operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding or interest in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Willingness to learn and take on hands‑on operational tasks.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit to be in a warehouse environment.
