Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Malaysia is seeking a motivated candidate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, while learning inventory management and reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Diploma or Bachelor’s in logistics or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding or interest in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Willingness to learn and take on hands-on operational tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); exposure to WMS is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit to be in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain records in WMS or inventory tracking systems. Help monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or damages.
• Support coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
• Assist in preparing delivery documents and basic reporting.
• Observe and follow warehouse SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist supervisors with ad‑hoc operational tasks as assigned.
