Job summary

TECHMAN ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient distribution of products.

You will drive inventory control, coordinate receiving, storage, picking and shipping, and implement safety policies to maintain a safe, organised site while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and technology to track inventory and optimise operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products.

About the role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse. This full-time position is responsible for managing warehouse staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the timely distribution of products.
