Wentel Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Johor Bahru. The role emphasizes receiving, storage, inventory control, and timely delivery of goods with a focus on efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing and 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, with a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field and forklift certification. 5-day work week, competitive package, and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Management/Logistic or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of warehouse associate experience and 3 years of management experience.
• Forklift operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, and managing inventory levels.
• Ensure the efficient delivery of goods, supervise staff, and secure the warehouse.
• Ensure efficient processes and maximize warehouse productivity.
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
• Developing and improving warehouse processes and procedures.
• Escalating issues to the manager and recommending potential solutions.
• Ensuring the team follows company policies and procedures.
• Making sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Possess forklift operation certification.
