Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and standard procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in WMS and MS Office; knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits and reconciliations.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods with accurate logging and organization.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and SOPs.
• Manage warehouse documentation and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; report maintenance issues and organise repairs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Report on KPIs like inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and safety metrics.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at Masimo. in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, and maintaining the highest standards of organisation, safety, and productivity. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure optimal team productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control, conducting regular audits and reconciliations
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring all items are properly logged, organised, and easily accessible
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the warehouse
• Manage warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, picking lists, and inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders efficiently and meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance issues and organising repairs as needed
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Report on key performance indicators, including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rates, and safety metrics

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and standard warehousing procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties when required, including lifting and moving materials
• Relevant qualifications such as forklift certification or health and safety certifications are advantageous
