We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at MEDANTS TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, supporting the storage, organisation, and efficient movement of goods throughout our facility. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, check and arrange incoming goods according to Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Perform picking, packing and preparation of goods for delivery or collection.
- Ensure correct stock codes, descriptions and quantities before goods are dispatched.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock take and inventory reconciliation.
- Update stock movements in the company’s inventory system.
- Handle medical equipment, accessories and spare parts carefully.
- Prepare goods and relevant documents for customer delivery, loan, demo and service requirements.
- Assist with returned goods and stock replacement processes.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Sales Admin, Service and Logistics teams on stock and delivery requirements.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare or distribution industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills
- Able to read and understand basic warehouse and delivery documents.
- Good attention to detail and able to work accurately.
- Responsible, punctual and physically fit for warehouse duties.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess a valid driving licence is an advantage.
