Job summary

LONGCHEER TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Johor seeks an organized Warehouse/Materials Associate to manage OSAT warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of substrates, dies, and packaging materials.

The role ensures precise inventory and proper FIFO in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in engineering or related field with SMT exposure; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar qualification in engineering, electronics, manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year SMT production experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SMT equipment and electronic assembly processes is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of ESD control, quality standards and manufacturing discipline.
• Able to work in shifts and in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all materials & products in OSAT warehouse: substrates, dies, mold compound, solder paste, chemicals, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Manage semiconductor warehouse operations with accurate inventory, compliant storage, and timely material supply to production.
• Execute receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, and shipping; ensure correct quantity and labeling; apply FIFO.
• Control storage environment: temperature, humidity, cleanliness, ESD protection, and safety; comply with material storage requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform stock-taking; handle scrap/rework/return; ensure full traceability in MES/WMS.
• Collaborate with production, PC&MC, and quality teams to ensure material supply continuity and avoid stockouts/overstock.
