Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse professional to receive, check, store, and issue materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage inventory records, generate GRNs, perform stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability for production.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory, basic MS Office and ERP knowledge, and a forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Valid forklift license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming materials from suppliers.
• Load and unload materials safely using forklift or warehouse equipment.
• Generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and update inventory records.
• Store materials in the correct locations and maintain proper stock arrangement.
• Issue materials to production and other departments as required.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock counting activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Prepare and update inventory, receiving, and stock movement reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments on material-related matters.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S, safety, and ESD procedures.
• Support daily warehouse and store operations as assigned by the supervisor.
