Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse professional to receive, check, store, and issue materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage inventory records, generate GRNs, perform stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure material availability for production.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has 1 year of experience in warehouse/inventory, basic MS Office and ERP knowledge, and a forklift license is a plus.

Receive and check incoming materials from suppliers.
Load and unload materials safely using forklift or warehouse equipment.
Generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and update inventory records.
Store materials in the correct locations and maintain proper stock arrangement.
Issue materials to production and other departments as required.
Monitor stock levels and support stock counting activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Prepare and update inventory, receiving, and stock movement reports.
Ensure all documents and records are properly filed and organized.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments on material-related matters.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S, safety, and ESD procedures.
Support daily warehouse and store operations as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Diploma in any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
