Job summary

Talexa Partners Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations across raw materials, finished goods, and bonded areas.

You will drive policies, SOPs, and WMS/ERP systems while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance with Malaysian customs. The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing warehousing and Mandarin/English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in server PCBA, EMS, or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience setting up a new warehouse or supporting factory startup projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, bonded warehouse procedures, and best practices.
• Hands-on with WMS and ERP systems, inventory control, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of ESD/MSD handling, warehouse safety, and electronic component storage.
• Familiar with Malaysian Customs regulations, import/export procedures, and bonded warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall warehouse operations, including raw materials, finished goods, and bonded warehouse activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse policies, SOPs, and warehouse management systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining optimal warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, storage, and material handling operations to support production requirements.
• Manage warehouse safety and compliance by implementing 5S/8S, ESD, MSD, fire prevention, and warehouse best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations and bonded warehouse requirements.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning (PMC), Procurement, Logistics, and Customs to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team through training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive warehouse process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency projects.
