Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to manage warehouse procurement, admin assets, and related materials. You will develop procurement plans, follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage, and help avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong data analysis, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP or WMS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans based on business needs and manage purchasing, delivery, and usage.
• Maintain supplier information and monitor market price changes.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and optimize quantities.
• Verify monthly warehouse operating expenses accruals and settlements.
