Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring for a Warehouse and Procurement role based in Malaysia. You will develop procurement plans, manage purchasing, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing stock levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop procurement plans based on business needs, and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
Responsible for purchasing daily office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and assist in identifying more cost-effective procurement solutions.
Regularly conduct inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and procurement frequency.
Monthly Expense Accruals and Settlement—verify monthly warehouse operating expenses accruals and risks.
