JINGDONG Logistics Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to manage warehouse procurement, admin assets, and related materials. You will develop procurement plans, follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage, and help avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong data analysis, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP or WMS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

About The Team

Job Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Administrative Assets and Consumables Procurement Management
   • Develop procurement plans based on business needs, and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
   • Responsible for purchasing daily office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
   • Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and assist in identifying more cost-effective procurement solutions.
   • Regularly conduct inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and procurement frequency.
2. Monthly Expense Accruals and Settlement
   • Responsible for verifying monthly warehouse operating expense accrualsisks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or related fields.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
