Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Shah Alam facilities, ensuring inbound/outbound flow, accuracy, and safety. You will lead 5S, inventory counts, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with customer service, transportation, and planning teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or quality control.
Familiar with warehouse management processes and quality management systems; able to use data analysis tools.
Understanding of international logistics industry standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory management.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and tasks based on order volume to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise staff, ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
Monitor KPIs (inbound/outbound timeliness, accuracy, inventory counts) and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain 5S, safety, equipment usage, and drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
