JD Logistics Malaysia seeks a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to supervise and coach a dynamic warehouse staff, oversee receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and shipping, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; forklift certification is a plus. You will coordinate with transport partners, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate records in ERP/MMS systems.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse team leader or transport management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive improvement mindset.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee picking, inspection, storage and shipment of goods, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work including order picking, packing and shipping.
• Communicate with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues with transport partners promptly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
