Jingdong Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage warehouse administrative assets, consumables procurement, and related financial duties in Shah Alam. You will develop procurement plans, handle daily purchasing, manage suppliers, and monitor inventories to prevent shortages and reduce costs.

Additional duties include monthly expense accruals, settlements, and basic configuration of employee hours systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams. Detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement plans based on business needs, and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
• Responsible for purchasing daily office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
• Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and assist in identifying more cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Regularly conduct inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and procurement frequency.
