Job summary

Averex Technology is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch of materials. You will ensure accurate records, proper labeling, and safe handling of chemicals while coordinating with production and other departments.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics or warehouse roles, knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MinimumDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Experience supervising warehouse personnel is preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management practices.
• Good understanding of chemical storage, handling, segregation and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, stock control and inventory reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of warehouse documentation and material traceability.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Applications and SQL systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Able to perform the duties required in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper storage according to specifications, hazard classification and storage requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts.
• Coordinate movement of materials to production and with transporters and other departments.
• Supervise Warehouse General Workers and ensure SOPs and safety rules are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and implement 5S practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality Control/QA, Sales and Customer Care for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production and dispatch of finished goods.
• Ensure documentation and traceability for all materials and compliance with audits.
